My games are at about diamond MMR, I assume that master and higher are going to be too coordinated for Bastion to do particularly well. I'd argue the worst part of his current kit is his ultimate, since it's just so easy to dodge if not already combo'd with crowd control.
You ain't gonna be able to onetrick him, but with the right positioning, I've found him especially useful against overly aggressive tanks and for peeling purposes, and with his hitbox being so large, your own ana shouldn't have any issues hitting it. I think his rework is a lot better than his state in OW1 I see some others here call him a fat soldier, but that's already how I prefer to play him anyway (let's be honest, anything's better than pirate ship). He still melts tanks at medium distance very quickly, and he's still a major target once the other team catches on.
